UNSUBSCRIBE: Phone Calls

 
In this window you will be unsubscribing a telephone number from Swift911 which will prevent all voice alerts from being sent to your phone.  If you reached this page in error, please click the “Back” button to return to the Portal Login Screen. To prevent your phone number from receiving voice alerts from Swift911 simply enter the phone number you wish to unsubscribe into both the “Phone:” box and the “Confirm Phone:” box and click the “Next->” button. You will then be automatically called at the number you entered and given a 4-digit confirmation code verbally.  Once you receive it, enter it in the “Confirmation Code:” box on the next page and click the “Confirm” button.  Click “OK” on the pop-up screen and your phone number has now been blocked from receiving voice alerts from Swift911.
 

Fields and Options

 

  • Phone:

    Enter the 10-digit phone number, with no spaces, you wish to block from receiving Swift911 voice alerts.
     

  • Confirm Phone:

    Enter exactly the same phone number and format as you did in the “Phone:” box.
     

  • Next (button):

    Click this button once you have entered the phone number in both boxes to move on to the confirmation page. You will be brought to the UNSUBSCRIBE: Phone Calls - Confirm Your Unsubscription Request page.
     

  • Cancel (button):

    Click this button if you reached this window in error or just wish to return to the portal login page.
